Recently, CD Projekt Red shared a list of key features that will be coming with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Patch 1.07. The list included an interesting text about a new and “alternative movement response mode for Geralt”. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt players were confused about what exactly this is.
Today, CDPR Community Manager Marcin Momot via official forums revealed that dteails regarding this “Alternate Response Mode”. Here is what this new feature is:
“Some players have been reporting that Geralt’s responsiveness was not up to their preferences so we are introducing a toggle to switch between two types of responsiveness. Once you play it, you’ll be able to choose the one that fits you better.”
Momot went on to explain why development team decided to make it a toggle instead of just changing the overall setting:
“If you put in a lot of hours into the game and we change it all of a sudden, that would feel weird, wouldn’t it? That’s why we thought it would be only natural to have this as an on/off option.”
Lastly, CD Projekt Red clarified that the upcoming patch for Xbox One and PS4 version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be numbered as “1.07” and not “1.06” to remove the element of doubt and confusion from the minds of players.
@David_Exporte There will be no 1.06 on consoles. 1.07 is the next update on all platforms. — Marcin Momot (@Marcin360) July 7, 2015

Dont worry if you cant build a PC right now, the game proper releases on 2016, the fi1t chapter of Squadron 42 (the single player campaign ) which will be a full 15 hou1 game releases at the end of this year, you can totally save up around 800$ bucks and build a very nice small M-Atx build that will take almost no space and be more than good enough to run the optimized game
