The Inspired Leaders Network has launched a New Leadership for the New Economy campaign, to determine the qualities leaders will need in a changing business environment. Its first program is called “Leadership 2.0 – Get fit for the new economy”.
The network was launched last month by the Inspiration Group, in conjunction with leaders of Times 1000 companies. Members include directors from Amazon, AOL, Arcadia Group, Bradford & Bingley, the DTI, HSBC, lastminute.com, Lloyds TSB, the Post Office, Prudential and Sainsburys.
Founder and CEO of the group, Meenu Bachan, said: “There are new rules for success and new rules for leadership. It’s about making a radical shift. Old established practices will not maintain a market.”
A program of events has been designed to offer value for CEO’s and directors – helping them develop insight into new technologies and improve their vision and leadership.
